Why did you choose NETS over another engineering school? Over another major?
Transferred in from biomedical engineering, I always wanted to represent female entrepreneurs and eventually became interested in the brain, and products of the brain. I also wanted to pursue business.
How did you become interested in this stuff?
My dad. He created the software for Bluetooth in my own home, he inspired me to pursue my own idea.
How would you describe the program to your friends and family who may not be familiar with it?
A combination of the study of computer science, social media, marketing and sociology.
The sociology/social media aspect is cool, but the market aspect is my favorite.
